This high-performance fully automated tampon printing system consists of a cycle conveyor equipped with 6 standard "Hermetic 9-11" tampon printing machines with integrated ink residue pick-up system.

3 different deodorant roller shapes with up to 6 colours, printed on either one or both sides.

The deodorant rollers are fed using a "pick and place system" and vacuum suckers.

To make either one or two-sided gas flame pre-treatment, tampon printing and final drying of the deodorant rollers possible, the rollers are fixed in a rotary jig with holder-up.

After pre-treatment the deodorant rollers pass through 6 tampon printing stations with intermediate drying.

This system has been equipped with a PLC control and a "touch screen panel" which is secured to a swivel arm. This allows the operating staff to position themselves wherever they want.

The complete fully automated system is covered with plexiglas and all service doors are locked using safety switches.
