 Ceramic-cliché
After extensive materials research, TAMPOPRINT has successfully
put the “ceramic” cliché into series production. It is now a very
popular choice among customers.
The “ceramic” cliché is distinguished by unsurpassed performance,
lightweight design, no risk of corrosion and resistance to acid.
Ideal for line motifs.

 record®-special-cliché
The “record®special”cliché is another product that was developed
in-house at TAMPOPRINT.
Made of band steel and ideally suited for print motifs with extremely
fine fonts, lines and grids. In the case of average to high performance
requirements,
this represents an affordable alternative to steel
clichés.
Another important feature is its resistance to acid and the complete
exclusion of the risk of corrosion.
It is also coated with a photo-layer (light-sensitive coating)
available as a "do-it-yourself-cliché" in a
packing unit with 10 pcs..

 Magnet-screen-cliché
The “magnet screen” cliché is a traditional plastic “do-it-yourself”
cliché, to be washed out with alcohol. It allows customers to create
clichés quickly and easily.
In the case of average or below average performance requirements,
it is characterised by high ink coverage, fastness and fine resolution.
It is used for both line motifs and in high-quality precision-designed
multi-ink grid print motifs. A final advantage of this affordable
plastic cliché is a variable ink cell depth.
Together with a magnetic retaining plate and interleaving paper,
it can be used in any standard tampon printing machine. It goes
without saying that the system is designed for fast set-up times

specially developed for the new "HYBRID" machine
series, which was first presented to the market in 2007.
By integrating laser components, this series of machines enable a cliché ready
for immediate use to be produced in the "HYBRID" itself. The ink/doctoring
cup does not have to be replaced. |

steel clichés
are produced out of high-quality,
corrosion-resistant chrome steel (63 Rc hardness).
Our steel cliché has secured itself a high share of the market for a number
of years thanks to a special recasting procedure and a high proportion of chrome.
A large number of TAMPOPRINT steel clichés are also produced using laser
engraving. An innovative technology that makes it a special product on the market.
Very long service lives are easily reached.
Comments:
"SST" quality with a particularly fine etching base; therefore achieving
better ink coverage. Is more prone to corrosion than the steel cliché. |
The TAMPOPRINT® “Hightec ceramic cliché cylinders”
(aluminium core with ceramic coating) are a world novelty
proving once again the market leadership role of TAMPOPRINT®.
After a development time of two years, TAMPOPRINT® can
offer to its customers an equivalent, low-priced alternative
to the exclusive ceramic cliché and to the steel cliché
cylinder.
Attention: We point out that we can only guarantee impeccable
doctoring properties if the “Cerak doctoring blade” is used. |
