The new tampon printing machine "HYBRID 90-2" combines the concept of the "hermetic" tampon printing with the flexibility of the digital cliché production by means of a new laser component. Automatic changeover of print motifs take place in a matter of seconds. The cliché production takes place in the printing machine by means of laser technology (ALFALAS® soft-ware). A multicolour print motif is thereby produced directly and with accurate registration. The "HYBRID 90-2" works according to the well proven "V-DUO" principle with an ink/doctoring cup size of Ø 90 mm as well as 1-4 colours. Our innovative "microflex" cliché band which shows a high engraving quality and a mechanical stability made this machine concept possible.
