The SEALED INK CUP 90 Q is a single-color pad printing machine for the realization of longer print images that are larger than the ink/doctoring cup used. The pad stroke force of 1,800 N is largely defined in the price/performance class of the SEALED INK CUP 90 Q, as this enables a stable and uniform printing process. Designed as an entry-level model for transverse doctor blade pad printing, this machine provides a good basis for a wide range of applications.

The basic equipment includes a base that provides stability and at the same time practical storage space. For even more flexibility, the basic equipment also includes a height-adjustable angle table. This can be used to quickly switch to different sized components. Many parameters and functions of the machine are controlled and set on the display via the user-friendly touch panel. Such as setting the hold times over the cliché and printing material. To prevent the ink from drying out, the cliché is inked by constantly moving the ink/doctoring cup back and forth. Only during the printing process is the continuous doctoring briefly interrupted.

The drawer installed in the SEALED INK CUP 90 Q offers a major safety aspect, especially with regard to continuous doctor blade operation and pressure force. It is used to insert the workpiece and then move it manually to the printing position together with the drawer. This prevents the operator from gaining access to the doctor unit during reflex movements.

We will be happy to advise you personally on choosing your optimum solution.
